The IWK’s partnership with Hospitality Network has been very successful. The preferred accommodation program allows for convenient services for our patients with the opportunity to invest the revenues back into patient care. The ongoing commitment to enhance technology has allowed for flexible options to move from the conventional hospital room TV to flat screens; and phone and TV services can now be ordered through an electronic phone system rather than waiting for a personal attendant which has increased timeliness and uptake.
