Dartmouth General Hospital provides bedside TV service at no charge for patients who request, receive and pay for a private or semi-private room either personally or by using their secondary health insurance (Green Shield, Wawanesa, etc.).  If you believe you qualify for this service, please call 2999 from the patient bedside phone and follow the easy instructions. A Hospitality Network Customer Service Representative will contact the customer shortly to verify their room coverage and rental status.

Service Availability

Service will be activated Daily from 2 pm to 8 pm, excluding statutory holidays. From the patient bedside phone, dial 2999 to reach the automated rental system. Please contact the Hospitality Network Customer Service Concierge at 473-2623 if you have any questions or concerns regarding the service.

• All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due upon activation and renewal.
• Services are non-refundable and non-transferable to another patient.
• We accept Visa, and MasterCard, cash*, cheque (with ID)*.

*Some hospitals may not accept cash or Cheque.
